Hayley’s ambition and ability to prioritize the client experience during the home buying or selling journey is what sets her apart from other Realtors and what sets The Wild East Group apart from other real estate teams. She understands the process is personal, so each approach is tailored specifically to each individual.
Hayley began her career in real estate in 2015 by answering and directing phone calls in a busy real estate office. She quickly found a passion for connecting with clients and immersed herself into the world of real estate, learning all there is to know about the industry.
Originally from northern Delaware, Hayley now lives in Rehoboth Beach but enjoys working with buyers and sellers all over the state. She focuses her time on client relationships, market research and trends, and making the entire experience of selling or purchasing a home as smooth as possible. Over the past 8 years, she has perfected the process of finding out what’s important to a client at the initial meeting, strategizing based off of specific needs, and getting them to the finish line. She is deeply committed to going above and beyond to ensure clients feel at ease at every step of the way.
Outside of the office, Hayley can be found enjoying the beach, hiking with her dog, or out at a local restaurant.
